Visitor's tax:
€ 3,00 per person and night
Children up to birth year 2006 are exempt from visitor's tax.

Reservations:
Only valid in writing (by email or post). To make a binding reservation we kindly ask you to make an advance payment of 30% of the booking price. The deposit can be made by bank transfer (for details, see our reservation confirmation).

Arrival & Departure:
Check-in: from 11:00 a.m.
Check-out: by 9:30 a.m.

Payment:
Please settle you bill no later than one day before departure. We only accept cash payment!

Booking:
A booking is only valid once you have received a written booking confirmation.

Child discount:
Children are welcome in our guesthouse.
We are happy to provide you with detailed information about discounts on request.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid unnecessary costs in the event of illness, death, job loss etc. If you are interested, please take a look at www.europaeische.at.

Smokers/non-smokers:
All our rooms/apartments are non-smoking.

Cancellations:
The general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply. If you depart early or arrive late you will be charged for the room price (minus board). Landeck is the place of jurisdiction. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Short stays:
For short stays up to three nights there's an additional charge of €4 per person and day.

Parking:
One parking space per room is available right outside the hotel or 100 m away.

Pets:
We do not allow pets.
